
Light House Reflections
C-Core Mentoring Program

Each personnel Adult or Youth will have a mentor who will work with the individual for a year. They must maintain contact at least once a week. Once a month all mentors and mentees will meet together for a general discussions and section activities. There will be projects that both the mentor and mentee will work on together.
The mentor and mentee will attend a conference together that will enhance their relationship. The mentee will attend an annual award banquet in which the mentee will be awarded for their various accomplishments they have made throughout the year.
Our Structure
The weekly class is scheduled for two hours once a week for the mentees. Mentors are asked to attend these classes with their mentees when ever possible
Special activities will include special workshops, conferences, and volunteer projects that the mentor and mentee will participate in together.
Once a month the mentee and mentor will meet for about one hour and a half for updates, to talk about what the group is doing and to share ideas
