My Child and I
Mission

The purpose of "My Child and I program and Rock Men Support Group is to work with men, fathers, and non-custodial males who need assistance and support to make the transition to be responsible parents and adults. The Rock and My child and I provide a supportive environment in which fathers or mentors have: An environment and support network to express feelings and emotions when feeling scared, overwhelmed, or depressed. Access to professionals who serve as counselors , advocates and brokers with business, government , and support service systems. Resources to empower fathers to be financially, emotionally, and physically supportive of their families.
Levels of Achievement
Level One- The Pebble
Attend five of eight sessions
Started employment or active documented job search for employment

Level Two- The Stone
Attend eight of twelve sessions
Started employment or maintain employment
Be in complience with child support (if in child support system)
Maintain financial obligations

Level three- The Rock
Must complete twelve out of fifteen sessions
Maintain employment
Still in compliance with child support
Maintain financial obligations
Maintain a stable residence
​
Those men who have achieved the requirements of The Rock will recieve a signed ring that verifies their achievement.

The Boulder of the Communities
Men that complete all their level requirements and received forty hours of mentoring or facilitator training.
