HPA

• Every member will be eligible to stay in the HPA based on his/her quarterly evaluations

• When accepted into the HPA each member will receive a representative badge and jacket for the HPA

• Once a member one must maintain his/her positive quarterly evaluations. If the HPA receives an evaluation that is negative of the member then the member will lose his/her badge and Jacket until he/she can provide a better evaluation.

  • If the evaluations improve in the next quarter then he/she can be reinstated by paying a $50 fee. The member’s badge and jacket will be returned to them.
