HPA

The individual must have a current CNA license.

This individual must be CPR certified and have TB shots.

This person must complete the mentors training requirements.

This person must obtain a letter of recommendation from a LPN, RN, or Healthcare Administrator.

This person must complete the organization orientation.

This person must pay a one-time fee of $50.00 (Payments can be received in installments)

Complete the graduation ceremony.
