
MEN OF EQUALITY
The Village
The village is a dwelling place for men that will enable them to live and grow for up to five years.

Housing
There will be a cabin that will house four to six men in them
The cabins will have bunk beds, tables, chairs and closets with drawers
Each cabin will be heated by electric heaters and AC units in them
Some cabins will be back to back
Meals
There will be 3 meals a day in the dining room. The 3 meals will be a choice of regular meals or live food
(Live food-specially prepared meals for healthy living purposes)

Library
There will be an onsite library for the residents to read research and relax. The library will also be used for seminars and mini trainings.
Computer Room
The Computer room will be available in the library for those that need the internet. There will also be assistance will resumes, job search and various classes taught in the computer room.

Job Assignments
Each resident will have daily job assignments. Some assignments may be extended for months. Assignments will be working with contractors, building contractor with camp, special assignments and community commitments.
Developing an Escrow Account
Each village member will be charged a percentage fee for the entire time they stay in the village. This money will be set aside in an escrow account so when their term is completed in the village they can draw from the account. The escrow account will be used to pay for down payment on house or apartment, utilities and any other items needed to become established outside the village. Any person that does not stay their full term of agreed time will lose all escrow funds and those saved funds will be used to help others in MOE.
Recreation and Sports
Village residents of MOE will have sports and recreation activities they can participate in throughout their time in MOE.
Family Visitations
MOE will provide visits from family and friends on a scheduled basis or the resident will receive a pass to visit outside the village.
Crop Farming
All residents of the village will be required to help with the development of raising and harvesting crops for consumption or sale to support MOE.
Socials (Dances)
There will be social dances and other activities where individuals can participate along with residents in the village.
Social Events
Residents will be allowed to attend social and community events outside the village campus.
Clothing
There will be a clothing closet in the MOE village attached to the general store for men (women and children) that can be provided for those who are in need. Some clothing that is needed for interview or work will be provided also. There will be clothing that is also sold in the general store for anyone that wants to purchase other items they may need or want. Vouchers will be provided for needed articles.
General Store
There will be a general store in the MOE village that will have supplies for all aspects of the MOE village residents. (MOE village, displaced families and camp attendees)
Community Activities
Residents of MOE will be required to attend and participate in various community activities and events. Some activities will be to volunteer at other agencies other activities will be to generate to community affairs.
Escrow Account
Each resident will be set up with an escrow account where money will be set aside for things needed later once they leave the MOE village. The escrow account may also be used to acquire large items to use while staying in the MOE village.
