Must be a second semester Junior or Senior in high school, also can be a first or second year college student

Must have completed some volunter services or work with a volunteer organiztion for per determined hours

Must interview a professional person in which the student is pursuing a education

Must have a character reference letter from someone other than a family member or Men of Nobility

Must have a sponser from the Men of Nobility

Must have an interview with a member or members of the organization.
